Event types
HSJ plans and delivers multiple event types across the calendar year; each with its own identity and benefits regarding curated content structure, attendee interactivity, on-the-day experience and post-event outcomes for both attendees and sponsors. Awards
Awards programmes recognise excellence in healthcare by supporting and rewarding organisations, projects, and people. Underpinned by a rigorous judging process, our awards put the spotlight on those leading innovation in healthcare and making a difference in patient outcomes.
Congress
Taking place across two days, a congress is a one-stop-shop for learning, networking and engaging with suppliers across multiple content streams focusing on key areas and an exhibition space to learn about new potential solutions to your organisations or system’s challenges. Welcoming over 800 delegates, the congress model provides an opportunity to learn amongst peers and hear from senior leaders on strategy and policy, as well as hear case studies and transferrable solutions from other organisations and systems.
Summits
Summits bring together senior leaders across health and social care for strategic discussion in a Chatham House environment. Combining interactive sessions with smaller discussion groups over 1.5 days, the HSJ summits are a place for conversation amongst peers and also feature a fully-funded overnight stay and networking dinner.
Forums
Forums provide a focused day of learning across key areas and networking with peers from across the country, combining interactive panel discussions with protected Q&A time and smaller group discussions. With an audience of about 120, there is plenty of opportunity to have your say and contribute to the discussions throughout the day.
Webinars (thought leadership)
Gain greater return on your webinar investment by engaging leads immediately after your event to maintain a conversation and move them toward a follow-up action. HSJ will manage the end-to-end including speaker recruitment, content structure, promotion, lead capture and reporting.
Once the webinar has taken place, we will send you the content so that you can continue to use it as a lead generating vehicle on your own site or in emails to client and prospects lists.

Webinars (case study)
Leverage HSJ’s platform to bring together a panel of up to 5 people, including a chair chosen by HSJ for their expertise, to showcase how a product or service works in practice. Clients will benefit from details of registrants and viewers, who can be followed up with immediately after the webinar.
A 700-word advertorial to promote the webinar or the work discussed is included as part of the package.

Roundtables
Bringing together up to 12 senior industry experts in person or up to 7 for virtual; for a 90-minute debate. All roundtables are moderated by an HSJ representative. A 1,000 word report will be written on the key areas of discussion with all contributions of attendees quoted and named.
The recruitment, organisation and promotion of the roundtables are managed by HSJ with a sponsor able to leverage the setting to network with the attendees.
